Refund terms, pending

No licence is on sale yet, so no refund terms are in force yet. When they are, they will appear here in full rather than as a summary: the window, the conditions, the exceptions and the procedure.

Kestrel EA is downloadable software delivered immediately after purchase. There is no refund once the licence has been delivered: at checkout you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal from that moment, as permitted for digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. If the file cannot be activated on your account for a technical reason on our side, write to [email protected] and we will resolve it or refund the licence.

What will not change

Kestrel is licensed software, not a managed service: switching it on or off on your own account stays your decision. Every figure on this site is a backtest or a demo forward test and is labelled as such.

The licences this policy will apply to are annual: Horizon €999, Summit €4,999 and Zenith €9,999 per year, VAT included.

Before you buy

There is no trial version and no free demo licence: the published backtests, the capital tables and the forward test on demo accounts are the material to evaluate before you buy.
