What the licence covers

Daemon Digital LLC grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to run the Kestrel EA software on MetaTrader 4 for one year from the date of purchase.

The licence is sold in three levels, each with its own starting lot: Kestrel Horizon at €999, Kestrel Summit at €4,999 and Kestrel Zenith at €9,999 per year, VAT included.

Every annual licence includes:

• The Kestrel EA file for MetaTrader 4.
• The set files of the four pairs, Patient and Active, at the level licenced.
• Free updates for as long as the licence is active.
• A private Telegram group for clients.
• Email support at [email protected].

Activations and renewal

The licence is bound to the trading account numbers registered to it and runs on no others. How many account numbers one licence covers, and the conditions for changing one, are one MetaTrader 4 account per licence, at every level. A change of account within the year is handled by email support, case by case.

Renewal at the end of the year is a new annual purchase. The conditions are the same price as the initial purchase, for another twelve months, at the level you already hold.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, which is published before any licence goes on sale.

What the licence does not cover

The licence does not include a trading account, a broker, a VPS, market data, or any form of account management. It does not transfer ownership of the software, its source code or its name: Kestrel EA remains the property of Daemon Digital LLC. You may not resell, sublicense, decompile, or redistribute the software or its set files.

Your obligations

You are responsible for the account the software runs on: its broker, its leverage, its capital, and the decision to switch the software on or off. You are responsible for testing the software on a demo account before risking real money, and for the tax and regulatory consequences of your own trading.

Liability

The software is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daemon Digital LLC is not liable for trading losses, for lost profits, or for any damage arising from the use or the inability to use the software. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The version published on this page is the one in force. Material changes will be reflected in the date shown below the page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, United States, where Daemon Digital LLC is registered; the competent courts there have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers in their own country of residence.
